What a cute start to the day!  When we woke up this morning, Owen
(aka the Tibetan TerrOR) was frantic and pacing by the front windows…very excited. 

I checked things out and couldn’t see any reason for his turmoil…

When he would not let up, I did a closer inspection and saw….aww….these cute little morning doves perched next to eachother, in a nearby tree…trying to keep warm during our blistery cold winter day!  They were so cute and seemed so happy out there, content and peaceful.  They made me want to cuddle in bed with my daughter and sleep in, just a little bit longer….which we did!  A perfect start to a Saturday…

Unfortunatly, those birds led me to my addiction to fabric, which…..led me to find this ADORABLE new fabric from Amy Schimler called Creatures and Critters…well, of course, I had to have it!  I plan on using it to make a pinafore for the little lady…I have found one or two tutorials on making a pinafore…but, does anyone have/or know where to find a reversible one?
