I was thinking of yellow today… how much I love yellow!  And then I thought of how much I love sunflowers.  Where I used to work, there was this garden that the kids put together…and every year, they planted sunflower seeds that grew into these huge, towering stalks that the kids would maze through.  And, although they were usually picked at by the birds and got a little abused by the weather, they always looked so pretty when I drove by them, you could see them from a mile away!   So, I was thinking I would plant some sunflower seeds in our yard with Lilyana this summer in the hopes of picking and eating the seeds this fall (along with some pumpkin seeds–yummy!)

Naturally I was then inspired to get die cutting….

This little pile of yellows and browns are soon to be sunflowers!  Maybe a few cards, tags and other fun things for Lemon Tree Studio.  I’ll be gluing them together in the middle of the night while feedling Lilyana I’m sure!  I always make sure to have crafty things to do on my bedside table!  LOL!

Speaking of crafty things, does anyone know where to find the Sassafras Lass “My Dearest” paper?  I am lusting after it and need it!!  Immediately!  Maybe it hasn’t come out yet??
